My name is Pernilla Balbo – but most people in France call me Penny.

My journey began in Stockholm, Sweden and has taken me across the world. From high-end travel agency in California to the only 5-star hotel in Sweden, from American Express Platinum Travel to Emirates Airline – always with one mission: to create experiences that move you, linger, and leave an impression.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked with what I love most – understanding people, their dreams and how they want to travel. Finding the right place, the right hotel, the right atmosphere.

After many years in the industry, both in Sweden and abroad, I decided to create something of my own. Pernilla ‘Penny’ Balbo Concierge is the result of experience, passion, and a deep commitment to true, personal service.

I am located in St Tropez – in the heart of the French Riviera – where I’ve built a trusted local network of hotels, restaurants and personal contacts. For me, luxury is not about excess. It’s about precision, personality, and peace of mind.
